The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony offering a beautiful view of the city. the staff, particularly Vanessa at reception, was warm and welcoming, even surprising me with a birthday gift. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Rossio Square and the bustling market. the hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring Lisbon a breeze. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent service and amenities.
